  I had the worst experience at this clinic. First of all, I live all the way by West Kendall. So yes it is very far. I had previously rescheduled the appointment for my two daughter's Orthodontic consultation twice before today. So I had an appt. for today at 1:00 pm. I don't know my way around there even but there was a lot of rain and a lot of traffic to the location. It was totally out of my control. So I get there and apologize for my tardiness and she tells me that the doctor would not be able to see either one of my children. I was 18 minutes late at best. I and my children who are the ones going in to see the doctor where turned away. I did get very upset but with reason. My children are the ones affected by the doctor's unwillingness to see them and unwillingness to treat them as patients and not even acknowledge their presence. I don't believe they deserved to be turned away just like that.Yes it made me mad. Is this what doctors do now? Turn patients away? Very unjust. I am very disappointed and very upset that I was basically told to leave and that my kids didn't matter. I wasted time, money on tolls and in gas to be tossed out basically.
